Machine hibernates, user boots an Ubuntu live CD which then proceeds to
scan all partitions. Doing this causes the journal of the root

On the live CD, processes such as nautilus have
/casper/filesystem.squashfs/usr/bin/nautilus as their /proc/self/exe
link. To work around this, launchpad-integration should fall back to
looking at /proc/pid/cmdline and not just the exe link.
