Well it had an install script included under edgy.
If it has been removed from the feisty release then just say so. to say it

Well I will add that after turning off amd cool in quiet through the
bios edgy now reboots,and shuts down. Will have to retest with cool in

This works for me: before you login open a tty and do "gnome-settings-
daemon --replace" if you exit tty and login the shortcuts should work.
It's not a good solution but it works for now.
