contact the person responsible to localize the problem. In my case, disabling

using a v4 squashfs file..
I see following todo for karmic:

The v3 and v4 are incompatible, both from kernel and squashfs-tools.

ok, it is a /usr/local problem. Had some libraries also installed there.
LD_PRELOAD=/usr fusion-icon
worked around that problem. The nuking /usr/local/lib/libg* did the final job.

My crash occurred clicking yes in the dialog warning I was about to
abort a session to load a new program file. I had clicked on the file
menu, selected the file and it gave the dialog.
I had not stopped the running of the application being debugged when I
loaded the new build of the application o
I have then changed line 1 /usr/sbin/update-grub to

install the package maintainer's version, keep the local version currently

This does not work with grub, only with grub2, suggesting using trigger here.
Temporarily removing /usr/sbin/upd

Currently untested, but small trivial, should work if I have no typos.

After login in, I remove that # comment, issue mount -a, works ...

Looking a the source code, the function find_mount() is suspicious, it will
