With the upgrade to 10.04, I can now switch from "Online" to "Offline"
via the upper-right presence menu, but not from "Offline" to any other
state. They are all grayed out.

I have a two-battery system. The smaller battery, which discharges
first, has a rated capacity of 23.74 Wh according to `devkit-power -d`.
However, the same `devkit-power -d' shows:

fails with the error:

error
This is still a bug on 11.10, and it's a bug in xdg-open, since gnome-
open is no longer installed or relevant.
