shutdown when connected to an AC adapter.

Also tried to disable runpm in amdgpu and switch it off in both kernels (stock
and Mainline Build).
For some reason the system is enabling it again (?) and the shutdown/reboot
hangs until I force the process using Magic SysRQ.

Hello,
For some reason the problem was caused by TLP enabling Runtime PM in
devices using 'pcieport' kernel module.
I got the problem fixed configuring TLP to _not_ enable Runtime PM on
these devices.
It's only happening in Linux 4.13+.

This is definitely NOT a kernel problem.
I was using the kernel 4.4 of Ubuntu 16.04 in the same machine running
Ubuntu 14.04 and this problem never happened.
My machine specs:
Dell Inspiron 5447
Core i5-4210U
8 GB RAM
SSD 480 GB SanDisk
Intel/Radeon R7 M265 Hybrid Graphics

For some reason I can not use any button when the shutdown hangs, ESC is
not working. The only button that responds is the Power button.

I've installed AMDGPU-PRO 16.60 and booted the system with reboot=bios
parameter. Now the system is shutting down properly after a few seconds
of hang. I am Not sure about which of these 2 modifications has "fixed"
the issue.
The shuttdown is stuck at "Reboot: power down" for these seconds.
