I'm running gutsy on a laptop, which is not always connected to a
network, but as it is most of the time, i've activated the yahoo search
plugin (see attached settings dialog). As long as I have a network
connection, this works fine, with the network cable pulled, it crashes.

On my Dell Latitude D810, the brightness slider does not show up in the
settings dialog on the Battery Tab. The Brightness Applet doesn't work either.
Setting the Brightness using the FN keys on the keyboard works fine.

hmmm, some more googling showed that the culprit is nessuss, which comes
with it's own version, and stellarium is using that version
$ ldd /usr/bin/stellarium

hmmm, i can't remember having set the preferred application, i upgraded
gutsy (where there is no firefox 3) to hardy and did not touch that
setting. If upgrading to hardy changed that, than an update to the
package should also take care of that, so I still consider it a bug.

when I add tags to files in the tracker search tool, leading and trailing
spaces are not removed.
Steps to reproduce:
* run a search with tracker-search-tool
* add several tags, comma separated to the file like aa, bb, cc
notice the after th
seems like it's happening after some changes occur. If the box is busy
with lots of different processes, the order is almost immediately wrong,
if the box is mostly idleing it takes a longer time to get the sorting
wrong.

with evolution 2.22.1.1, I have only one way to hide completed tasks, it's by
going through
edit->preferences->Calendar & Tasks -> Display->Hide completed Tasks after.
after selecting this, there is no way to show the completed tasks again without
deselcting that option.
the "Show" dropdown box
the problem is still present as of aug. 8th, all updates applied.
Unfortunately i don't have a chance to try out gutsy at the moment.

* open the gnome system monitor and search for the tomboy process
* select the whole text
* press ctrl-c to copy the text to the clipboard
