Was using BackupPC to use the drive for backup's and it failed, its ironoc in a
sad way LOL :)
it failed at about 68GB on the drive, so I amd gettign the impression that this
could be coming

No seems that I had to reenter the password a few times and it worked.
I looks like that after the upgrade to the latest version, The saved
passwords were removed. Then I too 2 or three times to suck them in. but
it took a few weeks between password saving.
