But nowaday every computer is sold with two graphic cards, since the new
processors integrate one. I don't think that the BIOS gives you the
option to choose a card. Besides, I am getting confused, whose "fault"
is this, nvidias driver or xserver?

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-control-panel
I just upgraded to Natty. When I run ubuntuone-control-panel-gtk in the
in synaptic when I click on properties of python-object (which is installed
under the latest version), under "dependency of" it says "conflicts: python-gi"
"replaces: python-gi"
what does that mean?
dpkg --configure -a doesn't show any pending package.

Here is the output:
$ nm -D /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gi/_gi.so |grep g_vfunc
U g_vfunc_info_get_invoker
U g_vfunc_info_invoke
Debsums shows that everything is ok. I also reinstalled python-gobject but the
problem persists.
What can I try next? Many thanks.
The same happens in basque :-(

I can still confirm this issue in Natty, after installing the latest
nvidia driver, ubuntu would log into gnome 2d. Apparently xorg.conf
wasn't changed so nvidia-settings recommended running "nvidia-xconfig".
Afterwards, I couldn't start X again (no login screen etc).
