I agree with Matt Sturgeon and Dag. The Session is menu is the not a place where a user would look for system settings and in my opinion the Launcher is and should be place for frequently used apps (you don't change settings everyday). So I think that a new entry in the Dash would be the most logical and user friendly decision. Don't you agree?
