Confirming that keyboard navigation with TAB, although the buttons change in
highlighting, won't change focus away from 'Close' in a newly-opened Update
Manager dialog box if the Enter/Return key is used to choose the action.

Thanks toobuntu, but unfortunately, any number of restarts doesn't change the
bad behaviour in this installation.
Sticky notes continues to refuse to start a new note, and size can't be upped
from zeros in prefs.

I think I'll stop clogging up the thread, stay subscribed, and go for a mosey
around irc for some help to get familiar with gconfig, and will only return
here if/when the bug is solved in my install.

Karmic beta new install today, all updates applied.
Gnome Panel 2.28.0 - so I guess that's not in the Karmic upgrades yet.
Confirmed that applet crashes on first use.
Prefs are inaccessable, with zero height and width for default size unchangable.

But it seems to have regressed in a new 12.04 install, 5 days ago.
Installed version from the Ubuntu package manager is V3.2.0beta5, but I can
also reproduce it using a PPA from Klau
It appears that this is a Sylpheed bug.
