Without it Alt+Shift+ key combinations don't work in IntelliJ
IDE.
Tried on 13.10 fully up to date (tried freshly installed 13.10 as well as 13.10

With packages from modifier-only-input-switch ppa, I was able to set
Alt+Shift as the layout switch, and all key combinations
Alt+Shift+ now work fine.
Tested on
- IntelliJ IDEA (Alt+Shift+O to lookup/open a file)
- JIRA web running in Firefox (Alt+Shift+S to sav
I am not sure if people who will be fixing this issue are reading all the

I think the duplicate status is wrong:
- when "VPN Connections" and "More Networks" menus are empty, the Network
Manager icon itself is perfectly clickable and reacts as expected;

Can you give a bit more details about how you did the verification?
When I'm setting up a new ICQ account in Empathy, I don't see an option to
specify my "initial alias".
The "Alias" input field appears only after the account has been created, but at
that point you cannot change
