I did some experimentation and it appears that this situation occurs on
kernels 2.6.24-18 and 2.6.24-19 (the most recent as of now). In Windows

Disk Properties page contents counter keeps adding to ad infinitum. I
have two HDDs totalling 200GB on the system. After a few minutes, right
now, the Properties page shows that the device has 2.3 million items
totalling 2TB of disk space. And it's counting... presumably until

latest updates in Kubuntu-KDE4 Hardy and I can find these files in
folder /home/mattik/Työpöytä/ (Desktop in Finnish) when I download them

gpm uses 'battery.charge_level.design', i.e., its capacity as the

GRUB menu does not show up at cold boot on Toshiba Portege R500 laptop.
GRUB menu is supposed to show after Toshiba's boot logo, but only a line
of white dots displays on top of the boot logo. The line of dots moves
up and down according to keyboard

I have the same problem with my Creative ZEN 4GB. I'll attach the debug
report I got with the command mentioned above. It's big (gzipped), but I

hidd, dund and pand binaries from bluez 3.x series have been deprecated
in favor of new bluez 4.x framework where things should "just work". If
you still need pand binary, try installing bluez-compat (from universe
repository).

I reckon the the goal is to use NetworkManager to talk with Bluez (via
DBus), but the NetworkManager doesn't have proper support for bluetooth
PAN/DUN yet. As for "just work" bit - NetworkManager should
automatically discover available interfaces of the paired bluetooth
devices.

binary. You can convert this to a question if you have any further
questions about the subject.

I have the same issue using 8.10 and iwl3945. Netspeed sometimes starts
to monitor wmaster0 device, even though wlan0 is the right choise.
Workaround is to untick the automatic selection, but this requires
change every time connected device changes.

I've been using bluez-gnome (0.28-0ubuntu1~ppa3) from your ppa and I
haven't spotted any regressions. The current package in Intrepid
(0.25-0ubuntu2) doesn't display "Services" right for me, but this works
OK with your ppa package.
