I am sorry about the late response. I have not been logged in for several
days. I do not use the desktop effects option. I have not experienced this

I can confirm this bug. Running Thinkpad X200 with Intel GMA X4500. For
some reason the "Screen Resolution" app seems to think that I have three
screens when I uncheck the mirror thingy.
As said above, when correct resolution (1280x800) is set, it draws the

As a newbie I hit win-R by mistake and didn't know what I had done or
how to get out of the zoomed mode... hitting win-R again doesn't go back
to unzoomed... Even worse, if I had hit it by mistake without realising,
rebboting would have been the only option to fix the "problem

Found the culprit... I installed the CompizConfig Settings Manager, and
found that these are features of the "Enhanced Zoom Desktop" under
"Accessibility". I am pretty sure I never enabled accessibility
features. And an inadvertant super-L or super-R makes the desktop
inaccessible.
Perhaps disable
I noticed this might be because Rhythmbox says there are missing files
(almost my whole library), and all those do not give any notification.
There has been a few songs were a notification has been displayed when
they are played, and I believe those do not have this error (Missing
files).
The odd
Other Music players (Exaile, MPD) does not have this "missing files"
issue, and maybe therefor they can display notifications on every song
change (just guessing)?
