Fonts rendered in okular in dvi and pdf documents either need anti-
aliasing or subpixel hinting turned on to look nice again. PDF
rendering in evince looks fantastic, though dvi rendering in evince
looks "blurry".

I'd like to confirm this bug in Karmic. Blurry dvi rendering in evince,
but PDF rendering is fine. dvi rendering in okular has a different
problem in okular, as the anti-aliasing isn't on for some reason. xdvi
seems to render the fonts sharply/correctly.

I just wanted to request that the original bitstream vera fonts be made
available, or that (if this is possible), a symlink is made that points
bitstream to the deja vu fonts. Some programs may specifically look for
bitstream fonts and not render correctly if they are not found. I ran

Just want to add a clarifying bit: Martin Pitt in #5 stated that he
removed the libnl3 update from trusty-proposed, but I got hit with this
on 14.04 and I do *not* have the -proposed repositories enabled. I can
confirm I am running network-manager 0.9.8.8-0ubuntu7.2.

I can confirm the same behavior in ubuntu 12.04. This is a showstopper
bug for those of us needing to access windows shares in our work
environment. Mount commands that work in 10.04 do not work in 12.04.
Please address.
