Yes, I'm sorry for reporting this without checking the updated version
first. I was running checkbox on Oneiric when I noticed this issue. I
tried today the version in precise, and the text was different, although
there was another problem with the mediacard test there. I'll report it

Are you sure it's gone? I thought I saw in the Unity panel menu bar,
when opening the right most menu, or the right-most indicator in LTR. I
think it sometimes appears positioned outside of the screen on the first
time, and on further attempts it is positioned correctly. I'll have to

were preliminary (libnux only), so they would have required some more work to
be used with 12.04. I don't think they will apply to current versions of Unity

I don't know if this is the same issue. I use a GeForce 6150 on an amd64
system, with Natty. When I try to use XVideo with Nouveau I get a green
window where the video would have been. Setting NoAccel solves the
problem, but then the desktop and video playback are slow.

I tried running the current unity-2d on Lucid, and see how LTR support is
today. I think that almost nothing have changes since I've opened this bug,
except perhaps the order of the app indicators and the direction where their
menus open, which is fine.

returned from Pango, without including the x, and y values. This solved the

I tried 2.32.0.2-0ubuntu1 from maverick-proposed, and I still suffer
from the bug. I tried deleting the desktop-couch files, the .gwibber
