have an nvidia card I suggest you use nvidia-settings to setup your
secondary display.

If I turn the Wireless off, the problem doesn't occurs.

This a bug. Ubuntu is loading the old and deprecated asus_acpi module
instead of asus-laptop.
A temporary fix would be to add asus_acpi to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist,
and force asus-laptop to be loaded (by adding it to /etc/modules).
As Gerald pointed out, have a look at Bug #150091.

There is no control for any capture device in alsamixer. Microphone is

There is no sound output from my laptop speakers... however, when using
headphones the volume is very very low, almost inaudible.
