Happens to me in Karmic Koala, amd64, updated today. Cannot switch user
from KDE at all. Attempting to do so dumps me to a locked screen

I was able to get Evolution working again after doing the following:
- I added the Gnome PPA to install the Gnome 3.10 items that didn't make it
into 14.04. In my haste, I forgot to jot down what was added to validate any
packages that may have fixed Evolution. I was running Ubuntu (Unity) 14.0

Can we re-open this? I have the exact same problem using Ubuntu or
Ubuntu Gnome 14.04. I even tried upgrade Evolution to 3.12 with the same
result. I can get the account to create as a normal user now (after the
upgrade) but it continually prompts me for credentials to the Exchange
