This bug seems to be fixed in Hardy (adept 2.1.3). If some items are
still in English in context menu (e.g. Request reinstall) it's probably
because there's some untranslated strings in libapt-front.

Hi Michael, the tinurl doesn't work any more because one string has
changed since the bug report.

According Ben collins comment in bug #120747 vesafb is now built into
the kernel. But in the shell script /usr/share/initramfs-
tools/hooks/kernelextras, there is :

I forgot to mention that when I remove the conditional loading of fbcon
module and rebuild my initramfs with 'sudo update-initramfs -u', my
framebuffer console works again and the device /dev/fb0 is actually
created (with vga=791 in GRUB options). But it's probably a dirty

I don't think this is a Firefox issue.
I'm using Kubuntu Gutsy and Firefox (localized in French) and I didn't have
this problem. Usually this kind of bug in Firefox is due to incompatible
add-ons. You should try to launch Firefox with the command line :
firefox -safe-mode
It will disable all ad

I'm agree that in most cases, "support" is an ugly Anglicism and it should be
translated by "prise en charge", "gestion", "assistance", depending on the
context. But, IMHO, "support" could be acceptable here for these reasons :

Jannick: are you sure ? The right template to translate is libept.po not
libadept.po wich seems to be unused, and of course adept** templates.
Adept is fully translated in French) on my Feisty and my Gusy systems.
