find oem-sutton.newell-cadence-meta, and installed it, after reboot, I could
upgrade from 20.04~ubuntu1 to 20.04ubuntu3, and the 5.6.0-1020-oem kernel could
be installed.
So it works fine.

And I did a quick hack, I had two SanDisk CZ80(16G), on each usb-disk I
made two partitions, the size of the first partition is same. When I
inserted two usb disks the Volume or Mount Name are same, it's '4.3 GB

The X1 extreme in our lab became brick, so I could reproduce this issue.
And Aaron should have X1 Extreme in his hand.
I also met this issue on ThinkPad P15, but when I try to reproduce this
issue, I couldn't anymore.
