Tested 20.04 on ThinkCentre M70a, after enabled the proposed, I could find oem-sutton.newell-cadee-meta, and installed it, after 'apt update', I could upgrade from 20.04~ubuntu1 to 20.04ubuntu2, and the 5.6.0-1020-oem kernel could be installed.
So it works fine.
