I hibernated and unplugged the ac power while it was hibernating, and
then when I turned on my computer 10 minutes later, it went into normal
bootup process. When it got to where it would resume from hibernate, it
said something like "Starting normal bootup" after "Waking up"

I have the same problem on the Edgy version of firefox, which is Beta 2.
I'll go to a site with flash on it, such as espn.com, and it will hang
until killed when I'm running the debugger, but will usually just crash
automatically when not running the debugger.

I also have the same problem. It did start for me after I installed
beryl, and while I uninstalled the program itself, along with emerald,
all the dependencies are still installed on my computer.

Daily, or multiple times per day, the wireless card on my XPS 13 9380
crashes, forcing me to shutdown my computer and then boot it back up. I
am on Ubuntu 20.04, and here is the results from dmesg -T right after
such a crash happens:

Huh, I wonder if this is a Gnome Shell issue and not a kernel issue
after all. After switching to Ubuntu Mate, and uninstalling the kernel
mentioned above, I have not had a flicker yet. Anecdotally, I have also
heard of people installing KDE on an XPS 13 9380 and also not having
this issue.

I think I have the same bug in Gwibber 2.31.5 on Maverick. I have two
twitter accounts and they both appear in one stream. One of them has my
tweets and mentions highlighted and mentions appear as popup
notifications; this does not happen for the other account.

After the upgrade to the 5.8 series kernel to the 5.11 series kernel, I
have noticed some screen flickering. I had the same problem previously
on Fedora after upgrading to the 5.0 series kernel, but this was not
present on Ubuntu 20.04 on either the 5.4 or 5.8 series k
I have disabled PSR by adding the kernel parameter to /etc/default/grub
and running sudo update-grub before rebooting. It has been a few hours,
and the screen flickering has not recurred as of yet. I'll keep you
updated if that changes.
