virt-manager creates the XMLs for the initial configuration and the
configuration after reboot as can be seen when running with --debug.

jemalloc is not portable to all ARM64 systems. It is not compatible on devices
which do not use a 4k page size in the default configuration.
The maintainers understand this. And have decided that optimizing* a subset of
devices is more important than portability:

The window is not show anymore when animating in, It's still visible in
the 2nd workspace while animating out, but that's expected.

I also found only the recommends you identified so removing won't make

Furthermore multimedia-audio-utilities is only a collector of packages
in that topic area, not a strict functional dependency. More of them are
