Description: After reinstalling MySQL, the MySQL service fails to start, showing a "File exists" error. This occurs due to a conflict with existing files or directories, and the MySQL post-installation script returns a failure status. Steps to Reproduce: Remove MySQL completely (with remove --purge commands). Reinstall MySQL using the default package manager (apt install mysql-server). Attempt to start the MySQL service, which fails with the error Error: 17 (File exists).
