I am experiencing the same problem in a new kubuntu 24.10 installation.
Apparently, the problem stems from the fact that the kaccounts-
integration version packaged for 24.10 is the one for plasma 5, but the
KDE version shipped in 24.10 is Plasma 6. At least in my machine, kcm-
shell does not list
