We also experience this bug on Focal. It is a real issue for us because
unattended-upgrades relies on the `users` command to determine logged-in
users. This means that on Focal, unattended-upgrades reboots forcefully

In sound setting in the "Output" section there is a dashed line that I

level, just like the line in the "Input" section.
Clap your hands next to the microphone, and you will see both lines

You can prevent lvm2 from scanning the card reader by using the global filter.
Instead of using drive letters for the filter, like 'sde' which is liable to
change, use the id of the device(s).
E.g.:
# ls -l /dev/disk/by-id/ | grep sd[e-h]
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root9 Apr 13 11:06

@Christian, while waiting for your answer I already decided for adding
the Recommends to libsane1. I am currently preparing the package and
will upload it soon.

As a workaround you should be able to avoid the radeon Xorg driver with
a custom config, something like:
Section "Device"
Identifier "MyRadeon"
Driver "modesetting"
BusID "pci:1:0:0"
EndSection
Then it will use the same interfaces as in a Wayland session.
Combining the above two ideas you could add a new config file (make sure
its name loads before "10-radeon.conf"):
Section "OutputClass"
Identifier "MyRadeon"
MatchDriver "radeon"
Driver "modesetting"
EndSection

@Bin, thanks for the work there. By SRU rule the issue needs to be fixed
in the current serie first. Are the patches in 1.8/hirsute? If not could
you prepare a debdiff for that serie?
