The issue was indeed /etc/fstab, which contained a UUID inserted by the
installer. Removing the UUID by the actual device name removed the 1:30
minutes delay.
You might argue that this is a bug by itself, but it's good enough for
me.

Update: this is still acting up, even after the kernel update and Intel
microcode updates of Nov 11 and Nov 12 respectively. Given those

@Baq Domalaq thank you for your help, but i couldn't make it to work. At
filename it is (builtin) so i tried your method, but i can't download
the file from #179 bcuz there's no file , just a page with some code
lines that are also on #171. Anyway , when i typed "apt-get source

This should be closed. I found out that I had packages from a ppa
repository which were duplicates of standard ubuntu packages. So this
bug report should not even been submited.
