Running PopOS 20.10 right from the installer gets fractional scaling
working fine (installed nvidia driver version is 455).
What is it that you said they already packaged? Is this supposed to be
fixed in Groovy?

I have been using gnome-clocks 3.36.2-1~ubuntu20.04.1 for quite some
time now and all the functions work well, adding world clocks, alarm,
stopwatch and timer. Gnome shell shows the world clocks just fine after
adding them to gnome-clocks.
I confirm that the timer start button is now enabled after
