I see the same problem with Ubuntu 18 and Kernel 4.15.0-115 and 117.
Massive trouble on ocfs2 based mounts. Writing isn't possible. A serious
issue as all clustered systems are not working. Processes trying to

NetworkManager lost the vpn "HMAC Authentication" Cipher setting.

I've a similar issue on Groovy. I got it 2 days in a row after my daily package

Reverting the machine to a state before the upgrade and re-upgrading the same

set in rpi-eeprom, but the libraspberrypi-bin dependency is armhf/arm64

I'd confirmed this issue is be fixed by gdm3 3.36.3-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 and
passed the 30 times reboot stress test by using stress/reboot_30 from
checkbox.
The environment:

I have been trying to boot the latest Groovy daily by loop mounting the
ISO file. It works in BIOS mode but not in UEFI mode. This is worse than
the problems with GRUB 2.04.

Perhaps of interest: if I set the primary monitor to the external
monitor via xrandr and then run g-c-c, g-c-c shows a dropdown that
allows me to select the laptop monitor as primary. Then if I close g-c-c
and re-run it, the dropdown doesn't appear any more.

as I've noted before, for some reason after resume, it switches around
the numbering which output is actually which physical connection. this
is could be the root cause of the issue I'm seeing, but given all the
other weirdness
