I thought I would further note that this really started happening since
the switch away from light-locker to xfce4-screensaver. New installs
offer to fix settings between the screensaver and the power management
in xfce4-settings-manager.

The visual metaphor for the current Ubiquity icon caused some confusion

strange). Also, IMO, the design with lots of small particles doesn't
map well to the Yaru icon style, which requires an outline at sma
regarding the permissions of /dev/vchiq, we do include the necessary

installing the package a reboot will be necessary for these rules to

This also happens to me. Ubuntu 20.04, Kazam 1.4.5. I tried to
screencast Firefox. I am using Wayland. I've used Kazam on X.org before
and it worked, not sure if it has something to do with my recent change
to Wayland.

I did check 18.04 (though never reported on it :$) and the bug was
indeed not present there. Which means that this bug is now no longer
present on any supported Ubuntu version!
Does anything still need to happen to this bug report? Does it need to

I have an encrypted directory containing three types of files: .png,
mp3, .md. Upon mounting, the .png and .mp3 files are corrupted and are
not viewable/playable. The .md text file, however, works as expected.
