I also think this is needed. I'm on focal fossa and everything is so
big. I'd imagine it's good on WQHD and above screens but it sucks on my

installed properly.
Please start by running:
lspci -k > lspcik.txt
and send us the resulting text file, so we can verify the kernel is OK
now.
Then try:
1. Uninstall the Nvidia driver.
2. Reboot.
3. Find any Xorg
Oh, did you accidentally turn off the integrated Intel GPU when you
enabled Nvidia? We need both turned on at the same time. Check your
BIOS.

Thanks Brian, I just upgrade to the package from focal-proposed, and it
worked for me. The testing I did was accessing a Samba share through
Nautilus that would previously throw an error when I copied files there,
and that would display files as folder. With the updated version, I
could copy files

partman-efi mostly disables itself if not booted under EFI
(https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/partman-
efi/tree/init.d/efi?h=ubuntu/groovy#n15), I think that's why the
partition type doesn't get set and why the partition doesn't get
formatted. I'm not sure what the cons
I think everyone agrees that the 'Chromium/' part is the main
problem. The snap also adds 'snap', which is an additional problem, but
only removing 'snap' wouldn't help.
The deb version adds 'Ubuntu' in the OS part, which the snap does not.
I'm unsure if that is much of a problem. Firefox on Ubunt
