systemd resolves own hostname to lin
So, ubuntu-image 1.8+16.04ubuntu1 for xenial also seems to be good to
go. I was able to successfully build a bootable ubuntu-core image. The
classic image had some issues with livecd-rootfs that required tweaking,
but the same issues were present in the 1.7 release - so nothing caused
by u-i.

My impression here is that radioclk was not functional in the first
place, most likely because it was not configured or lacked the required
hardware:
radioclk[29753]: Starting Radio Clock daemon: radioclkd: error powering
up receiver
and the update failed because it tried to restart the daemon. D

Here are the steps which I followed.
Created VM with the below command.
virt-install \

I have a same problem after installation of Kernal 4.15.0-72.
The Kernel was installed using Linux Mint update manager.
