My impression here is that radioclk was not functional in the first
place, most likely because it was not configured or lacked the required
hardware:

radioclk[29753]: Starting Radio Clock daemon: radioclkd: error powering
up receiver

and the update failed because it tried to restart the daemon. Does this
make sense?

I'm marking this report as Incomplete while waiting for additional
information.
