540111689a84 blk-mq: turn WARN_ON in __blk_mq_run_hw_queue into printk
Does this bug exist with that kernel version or newer?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a
specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu
in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source
packages so that people
xemacs21, xemacs21-packages and verilog-mode need to be removed.
All dependencies on any xemacs21 binary packages are alternative
dependencies: ddskk ecasound-el lookup-el mh-e mmm-mode nethack-el
t-code uim-el without wnn7egg yatex yc-el, safe to ignore.

All that patch would do is show a pretty error message earlier, not
actually make sure the problem is fixed -- upgrades would still fail;
installs would still fail on RAID.
This has to do with grub not grokking the metadata format on disk, which
is avoidable by using metadata 0.90.
