This does not happen only with apt-get update. A new temporary file is
created by (almost) every APT command if at least one of the main cache
files is outdated. It is then renamed to the final file. If APT exits
before the rename, the temporary filename might stay around until you

The bluetooth driver I was using with Ubuntu 12.04 and 12.10 was the
loimu's driver. The rtbth.ko was compiled without problems. Pairing with
BT V2 possible, pairing with BT V4 as well, but I was unable to send
data to BT V4 and the connection dropped after 2 seconds. I've tried the
firmware
I see a crash in dmesg if I do twice “modprobe my_module”. On the
terminal I see always the same error message: “modprobe: ERROR: could
not insert 'my_module': Device or resource busy “. "lsmod | grep
my_module" returns always no results

and Inkscape 0.91-7ubuntu2.

I have the same issue on Arch Linux (Antergos actually) kernel
4.4.43-1-lts.
Just wanted to add my workaround:
