Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
I looked a bit into this issue and found that it was resolved in indi version 5:0.5-0ubuntu8 where the indi binary package was removed to fix this conflict, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indi/5:0.5-0ubuntu8 for details. Since one of the conflicting packages was removed, this seems fixed in Ubuntu 12.04 and all newer releases, so I've taken the liberty of marking this as Fix Released. ** Also affects: libindi (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: indi (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged => Fix Released ** Changed in: libindi (Ubuntu) Status: New => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/480672 Title: package indi not installed failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite /usr/bin/indiserver , which is also in package libindi0 0:0.6-0ubuntu1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indi/+bug/480672/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
