The lastest call is fcntl.ioctl(sock.fileno(), SIOCGIWESSID, request)

I personally don't think the mainline kernel is a valid option, since it

the mount, but the connection (WiFi + OpenVPN) is turned off without
waiting for unmount. The share is mounted with _netdev option.

Still a problem the rekeying on 16.04 using openssh 7.2p2-4. Tried to
install 7.3p1-1 on a 16.04 exact same problem. Scp and sftp stalls at
aroung 1G when rekeying and setting RekeyLimit in either ssh_config or
.ssh/config does not have any affect on rekeying.
Any news on handling this bug?

With Ubuntu 16.04, I get frequent kernel panic crashes in my Linux KVM
guest. After notifying the hosting company the machine was migrated to a
different physical host which didn't fix the problem. A complete

The kernel panic itself locks up the system instantly and therefore no

May I ask why:
echo 1 > /sys/bus/ccw/devices/0.0.0199/online
was used and not:
chccwdev -e 0.0.0199
Does the usage of chccwdev to set the device only change the situation?

When trying to scan with the hp7400c (avision backend), the scanner will
stop in the middle of the page, no further commands on a USB mouse or
keyboard are possible. xsane will throw a I/O device error.
This happens on my desktop with ubuntu 16.10 (Kernel 4.8.0-27) and my lap
I agree with you... the absence of the driver makes unusable not only
the trackpoint but also the keyboard, because the touchpad is still on
when typing. It should be definitely backported. Thanks!

we are using the echo method because the code is generic to support different
distributions in different releases...
this is the common way to do it on all of them.
I will test if chccwdev works around the issue and update later...

To advise, this isn't confirmed a bug in either libatk-adaptor, or
LibreOffice, given you are using a 3rd party extension. Also, that
extension wasn't advised compatible with your version of LIbreOffice as
