I also see the same problem coming out of suspend. Manually restarting
network-manager with 'sudo systemctl restart network-manager.service' is
a workaround but not a solution. I go in and out of suspend a lot with
my laptop so this one is very annoying.

I have LibreOffice 5.1.3.2 installed via Lubuntu 16.04 Software Center.
It crashes an awful lot. In particular, it crashed Lubuntu while

experiencing this same bug since installation, and it affects virtually
any application I use on my system (at least I cannot recall any
application that wasn't affected).
