Public bug reported:

I'm installing Ubuntu 16.04 alongside 15.10 with:
  - separated /boot (new ext4 partition)
  - shared / on btrfs volume

Ubiquity crashes during every attempt (direct installation after booting
installation media, Ubiquity started from within the live environment)
with the same result.
