The fact that there are so many accidental edits to the status of this
bug seems to indicate it's getting large numbers of views. Canonical,
your LTS user base is bleeding. For pity's sake, make it stop.
Talking about accidental edits, can someone please, please set the
status for "NVIDIA Drivers
Same thing happens when using Workstation 11. You can see on the
attachment how widgets slide off the desktop area when attempting to
move them around.

Thanks Jason. Just to make sure my suspicion is correct, can you please
give me the output of "systemctl --all|grep swap" and give me all files
that turn up in "find /run/systemd/generator* | grep swap"?

The attachment "lp1447662_trusty_backports.patch" seems to be a debdiff.
The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that
