appmenu-qt and appmenu-qt5. Those packages (appmenu-qt and appmenu-qt5)

two monitors, one 17" and another 20". I am using fglrx drivers for my
GPU. After upgrading, instead od boot animation I get black screen with

cupsd crashed with SIGABRT in __assert_
Yes, it would be nice for the user to not have to bother with forcepae
to run computers with Pentium M and Celeron M CPUs.
But I think this is a great improvement. Forcepae (used according to
Colin Watson's advice in post #8) makes it much easier to use Ubuntu
flavours in version 14.04 LTS compare
What about make it to do what startx on windows is doing, it is mixing
the functinality of both, i understand that there would by conflict if
i'm in the folder where is firefox file and also i have firefox
installed, but i recomend to give openvt bigger priority and if someone
want to force to use

I have installed the PF-Kernel, based on the 3.14 Mainline Ubuntu Kernel, and
I've never had a freeze again!
Except for some troubles with Flash in Firefox, that made me force close the
browser, the freezes never happended again!

Trying to upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04
Updated all packages
Ran update-manager -d and got this error
Ran sudo apt-get clean
Tried again, same error
tried with sudo do-release-upgrade -d
and
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -d
both errors calculating upgrade

Ok so now I've updated my drivers and the sound works on my Ubuntu OS.
Noticing one thing when I startup though I have to sudo modprobe snd-
hda-intel to get the sound working as on startup I have a dummy output.
I tried the same on Linux OS however, the sound still crackles...?
