keys on my keyboard work fine and the bluetooth manager works fine from
xfce4-settings-manager.

Perhaps unrelated, but I find having skype running causes unity-panel-
service to use mugh more CPU than normal. Watching it with top, it uses
100% of a cpu core on every alt-tab. Disabling skype, CPU usage looks
more normal

This upload removed the transitional ttf-liberation package but there
are quite a few rdepends. Either we fix all of those now or we add the
transitional package back until we get around to fixing them.

I just "upgraded" from XUbuntu 13.04 to 13.10 Beta and now the wireless
works with my encrypted router (WEP). The kernel is now
3.11.0-04generic
I have rebooted a few times, and the wireless connection has worked
immediately for me without having to re-enter the key.
The update went very smooth
