ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04
Package: alsa-base 1.0.24+dfsg-0ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.38-16.67-g
I did not observe any suspend but when I start a sound check I observe a
flickering of the control bar of the screen. It seems to me that the
output of the sound is not directed to the speaker but to the screen.
The speaker-test in 11.04 gives back an error message compared to the
test in 12.10
