Hi!
Do you have any errors on startup of xfreerdp?
Have you tried killing rdpclip.exe and start it again on the remote session?
I had some crashes of this sometimes, and then the only thing that helps
is restarting rdpclip.exe.

I've similar problem when using xrandr to setup my laptop screen and external
LG monitor (HDMI):
xrandr --output HDMI1 --primary --mode 1920x1080 --right-of LVDS1 --output
LVDS1 --mode 1600x900
However in my case I'm experiencing hard freeze and am not able to
switch to VT.

Fresh install of 12.04 (32-bit) - I have the same error message when I
start up my computer and the Sysmonitor in the screenlets starts. I
cannot use any more screenlets than one, because otherwise, I get the
message for every.other.screenlet, which is kinda annoying, imho.
