I currently have gnome-shell 3.3.90-0ubuntu1installed from the update
recently, and am now unable to render gnome-shell as described in post
1. I am unable to determine if this is the package which causes gnome-
shell to fail to load, however the symptoms are as described, and have
appeared for me
@mpt, yep. That's what I meant. In italy we use that verb for new laws
or court outcome. Evidently in English is not! ;)

It actually is fixed - I tested it a couple days ago, and now the window
decorations are not distorted independent of the $QT_GRAPHICSSYSTEM
environment variable (either "native" or "raster" works).

If there are no touch devices connected, the program errors out with
"Failed direct touch filter term creation."
If there are connected devices it works, but only vertical drag motion
