there are not enough crash logs, i believe you chose the option to no

I can confirm that it affects the existing installations when updating
as well. The problem started a few days ago during an update of my
system (Ubuntu 11.10, 64-bit), all of the packages were updated, except
for these two:
language-pack-sv and language-pack-gnome-sv

use-case definitely worked in natty.

fixed: the Breton keyboard is still using the private use characters UF8FD,
UF8FE, UF8FF, UF8FA, UF8FB and UF8FC and six lines, such as

known to X server. You can register another bug against xorg, Input/XKB

create new keysyms

after reboot without this bug, sometimes it kicks in just after boot.
I don't know yet what triggers it, how does oneconf works? I mean, when does it
update its database, when does it look for changes?

Hi,
I doubt that this is nvidia driver issue. Some elements are working
correctly (i.E. all Notifications). In my setup they're displayed on the
second screen where the transparency issue occurs for almost all
elements.
I'll attach a Screenshot illustrating the terminal with the broken
transparen
Thanks Giampiero, 11.04 is based on GNOME 2.32 and not GNOME3 so it's
not likely we will do that, especially that it's not a lts version and
that 11.10 is available and what most non-lts-users run

I want to point out, again, it works absolutely fine on my computer.
Even with 12.04 images.
My hardware:
Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz × 8
Quadro 1000M/PCI/SSE2
This bug suggests this is a general problem with all Elitebooks 8560w,
but *it is not*.

Hi Robert,
Because the size of logo has been scaled down a bit, the space to left
and top edge are both correct in the svg file, should be fine to replace
the old one. And I attached the png file as a reference.

I have a similar behavior, under ubuntu 11.10 amd64 using xsane 0.998.
Works fine in flatbed mode.
With the TMA, in 1200dpi I can do a draft scan, trying a real one kills the
scanner:
usbfs: USBDEVFS_CONTROL failed cmd xsane rqt 192 rq 12 len 1 ret -110
After that the scanner has to be powered
