When I try and add a ppa repository through software sources GUI using a
pp:user/repo link, the repo is corrently added to sources.list.d however
the gpg keys are never imported. Following this I get the related
warnings about 'missing keys' and 'can't verify packages' etc.

On my Desktop PC I am running 11.10 x64 with a AMD Radeon HD 6950
graphics card with Gallium 0.4 on AMD Cayman drivers, and I do not get
any flicker at all.
Although, on my AMD Radeon HD mobility 4200 series card on my laptop, I
get horrible flicker while doing most things in Unity and Gnome-Shell

Interestingly, after rebooting twice (and starting xfce4 as a first
desktop) X11 came up with a correct dpi value of 96x96, and everything
looked well again. So it's definitely a problem of the dpi settings.
Furthermore, I experienced similar problems with odd and asymetric dpi
values on my notebo
I have done a clean installation of Ubuntu 11.10 i386 from a CD.
The original installation was an on-line distribution upgrade, and there
were too many problems.
There is still mo sound.

I am experiencing similar problems after upgrading my Acer Aspire One to
11.10 from 11.04. Once connected, my E220 will disconnect and
reconnect quite reliably provided it continues to be powered on via its
