udev; but I can't quite make sense of why it fails this way. To
understand this, it would be best if you could attach the udev logs:
Run 'udevadm monitor' (and optionally redirect the output to a file),
then plug in the modem.

Well, like every other process, MM does get killed at worst by the
SIGTERM or SIGKILL signals sent at shutdown. In any case, MM now has an
upstart job definition which will make sure it gets shut down when NM
gets shut down; so marking as Fix Released.

This has been ongoing for me for all windows. Resizing them sometimes
fixes for awhile. This seems to be related to the Nvidia driver problem.
Is anyone actually working on this?
