As suggested by apw, I booted the system with "enable_mtrr_cleanup" and
"mtrr_cleanup_debug", and the system performance was normal. Attached

Easily reproducible.
There is a very strange behaviour... I've noticed that if you click and
hold the mouse in the top of screen, you can drag the window down to
unmaximize it, but only the first time the mouse is pressed:
1. follow steps 1 and 2 from description
2. hold the mouse button. The cur
I checked the packages list of both Debian and Ubuntu and found nothing.
I also searched through the debian bug tracker and couldn't find
anything about openstack-dashboard. Marked as needs-packaging.

in FC12 and later, hense that boots quickly.
