I succeed to migrate to Kubuntu 11.04 by deleteting "network-manager".
But It should be better, re-installing it before the migration because I

I did an update from 10.10 to 11.04 with a working binary nvidia driver.
I removed the pae kernel, because of the non-working driver.
After the upgrade, the pae kernel was installed, leaving me with no gui on boot.
I had to boot another kernel and remove the pae
Still no fix and I'm using Banshee 2.0. Sad.

previously, recognising that I needed to change channels at least to
affect the audio driver change. Also, thanks for letting me know how to

Solution from post #10 worked like a charm for me as well. Just the
thing is that from previous experience in my case STA driver was giving
better WiFi range and speed. Hope they will fix it any time soon.

Very often the unity launcher remains sticky when working with LibreOffice
Writer. I still have to make more observations to be more specific about the
circumstances and I do not know, what I can provide as additional information.

The following command has solved my problem. To make it run after reboot
just insert the command in /etc/rc.local (by default this file is empty and
is equivalent to windows' autoexec.bat). My rc.local looks l
I installed 11.04/64 on another drive to give it a try
and it freezes again.
Interesting, 10.10/64 doesn't crash anymore on my
system (see my post #124) but 11.04 does...
