The following is an updated patch to ubiquity to move the nvidia
installation to after the removal of unneeded kernels, divert update-
initramfs, and use the aforementioned -k parameter to jockey. I'll
merge this in once I have approval from pitti on the jockey change.

The attached patch allows ubiquity to tell jockey what kernel version to
use, rather than assuming the running kernel. It also disconnects from
debconf before installing packages.

While the filters now kind of work, they are 1) very poorly graphically
integrated in Unity Dashes; 2) barely usable, as the selection of one
filter item makes it unreadable.

I am a bit surprised that this is not being dealt with. I would have
thought that computers not shutting down was a matter of serious
concern. My installation of the beta is perfectly vanilla, and my laptop
-a Toshiba Satellite- is also a very common one.
